Have you ever woke up being reminded that “The Day” That The Lord Has Made! Is today?? We oftentimes have to remind ourselves that God knew this day before it even was! And He will be with us throughout the day. We must learn to set our “will” to praise God in the midst of our dark moments. (Where a when we can’t see the light of day in a situation).
Jesus knew to lift up a sacrifice of praise in His time of darkness. At the time of What we call the last supper when Jesus knew he was about to go to Calvary, he and his disciples left that time of communication and communion singing a hymn! The Christ in his earth suit offered up a sacrifice of praise on His way to what He knew would be his darkest hour!
29 I tell you I will not drink again of this fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.” And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.
Matthew 26:29-30 ESV
When it seems to get cloudy in your day offer up a sacrifice of praise!
