The Devotion: Psalm 32:8

The Devotion: Psalm 32:8

Good Morning Friends and Family
It’s hard to believe it is the beginning of August! 😳 Where did the summer go? Some of my teacher friends are already back at school. The writer of the song 🎵 would say…Our day will come…That’s right, the teacher’s inservice will start for me on Thursday! 🙁 But…I have a birthday 🥳 🎂between now and then and a few more days of summer to enjoy! 😎
This morning The Lord has been ministering to my heart about how He will prepare me as I “prepare a way for Him…to be in the affairs of my workplace! John the Baptist made a declaration that he was preparing the way for The Lord…and he must decrease that Christ might increase.
My prayer as I get postured for a new school year is…Lord, I am preparing “the way” for Your Kingdom’s presence to reign in my life this year. I’ll “get out of the way so You can be seen on the “scene” in my workspace!
Our “workspace” is our sphere of influence. Let’s ask God for grace to give Him “space” to reign in our “workplace”.
“He must increase, but I must decrease.”
John 3:30 NASB
“I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.
Psalm 32: 8 NLT
Have a Great day 🙏🏽for you
❤️ Doc”
