Rest Relax and Refresh!! Yesterday I went to brunch with a friend. When I walked out to the car it was HOT 🥵 107 😳. But…that’s to be expected in the desert. Hydration is so important here.
This summer my marching orders of The Lord are to Rest Relax and be Refreshed! When it is hot a cool breeze 💨 and a cold drink of water 💦 bring relief. Yesterday I actually dipped and I mean dipped in the pool ☺️to cool off. Waters are refreshing!!!
Our soul needs refreshing too. When the heat of life’s circumstances impact our world 🌎 we need refreshing!
May the Holy Spirit refresh you today spirit, soul and body!!!
“The Lord will comfort Zion, He will comfort her waste places. In her wilderness He will make like Eden and her desert like the garden of the Lord! Joy and gladness will be found in her Thanksgiving and a sound of melody 🎶.” Isaiah 51:3
