I woke up this morning asking the Lord to fill me one more time with the power of His Holy Spirit. I had to be at school this morning at 6:00AM 😳 for student registration. The blessing of Jesus telling His disciples I will not leave you as orphans to live this life on earth. I will ask but I will ask The Father to send you a Helper…The Holy Spirit to be with you and in you 🙌🏾🙌🏾
Too often we start our day running 🏃🏾♀️ on empty!! Would you drive your car 🚘 on empty?…OK I know some of you keep driving even when the light💡is on. But…I want to remind you are not a car. 😉 You and I were made in the “image” of God! A lot of people are using the language of “image bearers”, but we must understand what God’s image is. John 4:24 tells us “God is Spirit” so… if a car needs to be filled with fuel ⛽️ so do we as “Spirit bearers” we to must be continually “filled with the Holy Spirit”.
I need the fresh filling this morning because I will be greeting, teaching and encouraging my students “early” this morning and later meeting with parents to discuss their child’s needs. Be sure to fill up this morning, and through out the day! Don’t run 🏃🏾♀️ on empty! ☺️
