Psalm 119:33 – ESV

Psalm 119:33 – ESV

Most of the summer I have been ministered to as I listen to: Worship. Yesterday, when the power went out at the lake house, my friend Sheila and mother began to sing “old hymns” 🎶🎶. This morning, my mind jumped to more current Maverick City Music. The words to the song Make it Right were ringing in my ear…
“You can make it right…here I am Jesus…You can make things right.”
Jesus’ during his 33 years on earth demonstrated how to walk as a “child of God( and a citizen of Heaven… especially when things got difficult. As a follower of Christ I can get frustrated in stressful times 😳.
Over the years I have grown to realize it wasn’t imitating Jesus in the moment…but learning how to trust The One who enables me to change.
It is in the “decision” to “follow” He will empower us to change.
Lord I need your grace and power to change!
Teach me, O Lord, the way of your statutes; and I will keep it to the end. Psalm 119:33 – ESV
